Ever since our establishment in January 2016 with the business name Workmates Financials Ltd, Furaha Microfinance Ltd has undergone a number of business restructuring and rebranding exercises to meet both regulatory requirements and our customer expectations.
In July 2022 we proudly changed into "Furaha Microfinance Ltd" — a name that reflects our joy in serving our clients and our commitment to their financial wellbeing.

Established as Workmates Financials Ltd under Tanzanian law.

Underwent multiple business restructuring and rebranding exercises to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Officially rebranded to Furaha Microfinance Ltd — reflecting our growth, maturity and renewed commitment to our clients.
